my mother picked up some frozen acai packets at the store recently. I've had acai bowls nd smoothies before mainly as a snack before i was eating rt4.
Is acai a food that fits well into 801010/rt4 guidelines? And does anyone have any suggestions for food combining with acai? i was thinking about just blending it with 4-5 bananas, but i thought id ask for suggestions.

I would think it would fit in well with 801010. It's really popular with Brazilian surfers for the energy and stamina it gives them.
Açaí is often blended with bananas and topped with toasted grains like oats.
