Allergy test results...

When I first started RT4 I was feeling great, had a few days of bliss, with a little weight loss (I have a lot to lose), and then the detox symptoms set in, and they would ebb and flow, but never really went away. I was told many things, went through a lot of blood work, and many odd gross feelings of "illness"I felt this community as great, very help full, and extremely encouraging, but after over a year of HCLF clean eats, I felt sicker than I did on a mostly cooked egg inclusive diet. I also had gained almost 30lbs, and this was while I was road biking a minimum of 40 miles per week.I knew something had to be wrong, and as my symptoms got worse and I gained more weight, I began to lose my motivation. My nutritionist noted that I wasn't eating enough calories (2200-2800 a day), my arthritis was acting up as bad as it possibly could, and I was just miserable with pain and discomfort. The nutritionist had on last hope..... The allergist.Well I have many odd food allergies and had never really thought I'd have more. Well off to testing I went, and on the first day the wonderful doctor said "we are going to get to know each other very well over the next few weeks"...... That's when I knew something was up.As of now I have tested positive for allergies to....Cocoa (this was years ago)Alcohol (distilled and fermented)PinenutsWheatRiceCornCarrotsCoconutTomatoesWhite Potatoes (but not sweet)EggplantPeppersAll LegumesAll BerriesAnd the worst possible one of allBANANAS!!!This list has made getting in enough calories (and enjoying them) very rough. While 14 mangos a day can sustain me, it's expensive, gets very boring, and it makes me debate giving up RT4.
