Hey I just joined 30 bad and I am already loving it! I am currently transitioning into becoming 100% raw.Do you guys have any advice for a 15 year old who is completely new to any kind of healthy eatingI need all the help I can get. My parents are ok with me eating like this but don't really understand.How do I explain to my mom that I don't need Protein powder!

I would show her videos on youtube and have her read the books on here. I had to do that for my 3 kids to learn how to make sure they are healthy.
