apples do not ripen after picking. just cut them up and throw them in your food processor to make apple sauce. or you can juice them and then mix the pulp back in to make apple sauce. so good for you!
OK , but if you let the apples on tree, could they become very ripened and similar texture as banana ripened 6 or 7 level very soft?

i don't think so.. though most if not all apples you find in most stores aren't completely ripe as far as i know, apples are always hard, hardness, acidity/sweetness etc. is depended upon race. but i have personally never came across an apple that had the softness of any stage of a banana, from being green to being more freckled then Pippi Longstocking.
So we should focus on the tropical fruits that have tender pulp result ripened at last ripening stage?
A crisp fruit is unripened for me... I already ate apple crisp.. and I cannot do a meal from apple.. its too hard fiber. but I can easily make a meal from the very ripened bananas.:)

What are you talking about, about ripening on the tree? cause as far as i know apples don't ripen any further when they are off the tree.
