I can't decide who to go to for my first B12 shot. I don't currently have a doctor because I never need to go. But I am just wondering if B12 shots sometimes have other components in them? Or are they all just straight B12? And if they are different how can I tell if some are better quality than others? Is there even a difference?
Any info anyone can give!
Thank you!

Hi Sorsha,
cyanocobalamin is the cheapest, but least efficient means you have to get more shots to achieve same results as with hydroxicobalamin or methylcobalamin which are more expensive, but more efficient.
Also I heard something like methylcobalamin has some animal products in it? Not verified thou.
I heard that hydroxi is the best one, DR and Freelee are using that.
I am using cyanocobalamin, but very occasionally now maybe once per month or 2 months. I ve seen people´s b12 increased after cyanocobalamin, no side effects.
