Hey all, my tummy has been horribly bloated and gassy lately.I have been eating more starches, but I have before in the past and I haven't had such a problem till now. I've gained a bit of water weight I think, but my tummy is bloated n always sticks out no matter how much water I drink. I don't have any processed foods etc. I have plenty of greens for digestion before cooked meals, and get enough exercise through the days.Why am I feeling like this??

They were full of dried fruit maybe it was sweet potatoes ?
Maybe it was too much apple juice ?
Are you eating rice that has been around for a day or two?
