Is this a good breakfast smoothie:
Recipe:
Kale
Bananas
Apples
Celery
mango
Pineapples
I'm a newbie, and I just wanted to make sure that this mixture of fruits and vegetables was okay
Also is it okay to store some of this smoothie in the fridge? I ask because I'm going to make the smoothie before I go to church and I might not be able to finish it all so I was going to put some of it in the fridge until I got back.

Two ears of corn? Sounds good!
red apples and berries for lunch
Green salad with mango dressing for dinner
Pineapples for snacks.
Does that sound good?
I would aim for mono meals as much as possible - especially in the morning, when you're just trying to get hydrated and get your digestive system going again. If at all possible, start your day with a really juicy fruit like watermelon or grapes. Apples work too. Then do a banana smoothie with maybe one other ingredient, like mango or berries. Then eat the greens (don't overdo it on kale) and celery with your dinner salad.
Careful of pineapple, because unripe pineapple (which is pretty much all that is sold) can make your mouth burn.

How does it make you feel?
As a general guideline, the simpler the combo, the better and more easily digestible.
And since some varieties of kale are high in oxalates, you might find that switching it out for tender lettuce type greens (or more of the excellent celery) is a better option:

And while immediate consumption is ideal, I store all the time or take a smooth with me in a cooler for later.
The less air you have in the tightly sealed container, the better it'll keep.
