  • I would think it depends on your level of intolerance.

    Just looking at the foods listed in the following link the list gives you a few options to pursue a rawtill4 or similar diet.

    Further to that you may (assuming you are one with the intolerance) try an elimination diet. By fasting for 12 hours and then eating one food and seeing your reaction to it. It may be that some foods that are sensitive to some people with fructose intolerance are acceptable to you.

    I do think you will have to be patient and engage in trial and error to find out the foods that your body can tolerate with little or no adverse reaction.
