I am trying to upload a 1MB photo of jackfruit. I've tried two different browsers on both of the upload platforms and I keep getting this message
500: Unexpected Error
Please try reloading the page or hitting the browser's Back button to return to where you came from.
None of my pictures have been uploaded yet because of this and I've also tried on different computers. I don't know how to solve this hopefully somebody can help.

heard back from one of our resident tech gurus
"it could be the file they are trying is too large. Also I saw some reports of chrome having problems but Firefox working. Maybe a first try would be to have them try firefox."
