Hi,
So Im getting really frustrated because I've been high carb vegan, mostly raw for over 2 years now and every time I go for a dental checkup I have more and more cavities. I never used to get this many cavities before. I don't get it because I brush and floss every day and my diet is super healthy. I did stop using toothpaste when I went high carb but I know most people eating living this lifestyle don't use toothpaste either and don't have any issues. I don't know whether I should start using it again or not?
Has anyone else had dental problems since going 811/high carb or since you stopped brushing with toothpaste?

Do you all think I should get the cavities filled even if they're really small?

Well, I eat sweet fruit 3 times a day.
No toothpaste? What neutralized the acid then?
Oh it only lasts a week. Hmm.
I've never heard of Miswak. Do you use toothpaste with it? How long does it last? Do you have to keep buying more?
Are you eating rice?
