Everyone must try this :)Ingredients:1.1-2 Avacado2. 2 Green or red peppers3. 1 can of chick peas (ORGANIC and low sodium)4. basil5. Cayenne pepper (optional)Peal your Avacado and put it in food processer. if you don't have one you can just mash it the same way. Add a table spoon of water. After done mixing or mashing add spices, put in a medium size bowl and mince your green or red pepper and put them in with the Avacado and spices. Now put your drained and rinsed chick peas and mix them in with the Avacado and spices, you can really use anything you want but this is just what I like.For the dip blend chick peas with Avacado and spices, you can put this on anything! :)
