I love this stuff. It's absolutely delicious. When I drink it, I usually dribble because I'm smiling while I'm sipping, haha.I'm about to go do some lifting, and I was wondering when the best time to drink it is. Beforehand? During? Afterwards for recovery?I think all three times (before, during, and after) would be good, since it's liquid I'd assume it digests super quickly.Let me know what you guys think.

The best is when the guys on bicycles/trucks come around here and sell you a gallon of fresh coco water for $5. Eventhough we have an unlimited supply here at the institute, cause it is the students morning snack everyday! I also just walk out my back door, pull one off the tree and crack it open. Just love living in paradise!!
I would say the best time for drinking is after a workout. I don't think it would hurt anything to drink it before or during as well. If you need to replenish yourself mid-workout, go for it. I L-O-V-E young coconut water!!!
i love coconut water tooooo! Its really expensive here as well, but i dont care, i will pay anything for it. Actually when i come to think of it, its not that much more than bottled water at a take away shop! I dont know anything about the best time to drink it :) Oh i need it now!

one bite of banana has more electrolytes as a whole bottle of gatorade..and they are living too!
