I have an idea for the people still in transition and follow a raw till 4 style.
You could spiralize a very green banana... .You really need not ripened banana at all to reproduce complex sugar cooking taste. Bananas that are very green and very hard..
After your banana is spiralized, you could put your spiralized banana in oven , (covered bowl).. ...
and you could use your best tomato pasta sauce :) low -fat raw vegan.. and you may use medjool as whole food simple sugar...
Feel free to share your recipes and your experiences if you already tried similar thing or you may share if you try it later too..
It is better option than cooked root vegetable like potatoe and cooked gluten-free cereal like rice..
It may help you to understand complex sugar addiction and wean you from complex sugar cooked.
Most main cooked meals are based on complex sugar cooked. and salt addiction is pretty linked to complex sugar.
