Dealing with injuries.

Hello,As anybody had sport injuries here?I have a old muscle tore on my calf that lately came back, i was wondering is there anything i cam do to accelerate the curing process? Eating higher protein rich plant food? How do you deal with injuries? Do you reduce your calorie intake?Personnaly i reduced my calories intake since i can not exercice & walk for the moment and did not want to have too much energy and not being able to do anything..Thanks for your advices.

  • to me it sounds more logical to up the calorie intake to supply the healing (or perhaps choose more nutrient dense foods)

    • Thank you Taka for your answer, yeah i am a little afraid to up my calories while not moving but yeah this coukd help, will try.
      In the meantime there is this other thinking that for healing one's might ease digestion, must admit a little confused..
