I just had some sautéed veggies, about 2 plates full and I wanted to have some dried pineapple but will this possible cause bloating or digestion issues?

dried pineapple is laced with preservatives which kill your digestive bacteria and cause digestive issues and will digest slower because of this - otherwise fresh pineapple would be quicker or dried "no preservatives" - also, the B group vitamins in the sauteed veggies will be leached out into the water because B group vitamins are water soluble so drink the veggie water as well.
