This is the first lent I've participated it, since I was just baptized last year and have only been a christian for almost a year now.
I found out that we fast for lent. Which I find very hard. Does abstaining from all animal products and meat count as a fasting type? I'm new to Fruitariansim and I've been having the occasional "vegeterian day" Where I'd eat some ice cream or chocolate, since they're my VICE.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Something that can help to release the hold that dairy has upon us, is to learn exactly what it is and how it impacts us.

yeah i'd consider it fasting by there definition of it to a degree. Catholics used to be no meat at all for lent now its just no meat on fridays I believe. So your just old fashioned doing no meat at all then lol.
