I noticed nearly everyone fell off the wagon and started eating cooked food. I can't find a single fruitarian left!

I am finally a full fledged fruitarian after a LONG journey with cooked food addiction and now that I have finally conquered it, I am not able to find a single full fledged fruitarian 100% raw left and I REALLY need influences!

Does anyone know any fruitarians who are legitimately still going strong without cheating on cooked? Anyone. Even people who I won't be able to reach.

My husband and I are currently in Brazil. We have a month here and after that we are travelling. We don't know where to go yet. We've been to Costa Rica, and we fell in love with it. Right now we're in a very developed area and it's weighing down on our souls, we want to leave this town asap. We want to plant fruit trees and live in the jungle, like I'm sure many of you already do. We were thinking we could do a workaway, but I felt it would be better to post here because I know for a fact we will find like minded people here.

i'm super happy and excited about the revival of this webpage, it's so important for the frugivore community worldwide.

myself, i'm 28, from Israel. been on the wagon (to varying extents) for 8 years now.

living in Israel has always challenged me, nutriotionally speaking.

getting my hands on high quality fruits felt like a constant struggle, as i was nevet able to get the amount and quality needed in order to thrive in this lifestyle consistently.

3 years ago i returned to israel from another trip to a wonderful fruit destination (far north queensland, australia), with the intention to find my way to live here harmonically and healtfuly.

3 years later, i feel like i've given up on that. it's too hard to attain it here.

so..

after couple of years of contemplating about it, i've finally booked a ticket to Ecuador.

i've been following Terra Frutis (https://www.terrafrutis.com/) and Fruit-Haven (https://www.fruithavenecovillage.com/) from long distance for couple of years now,

and finally i've made the decision to go and test the water myself.

living with like minded frugivores, growing my own food, eating fruits straight from the trees, and living happily and freely as possible is a dream for me,

and i believe that traveling to there is a huge milestone in the journey of fulfilling it.

If anyone lives in Germany, Berlin (central part), can you please help me to buy ~30 bananas in advance? I'll be there 14.09.19, so I want my bananas to be ripe at that moment. So I need someone who can help me to buy 30 bananas (conventional is ok) about one week before my arrival (~7 september, +-1day, 6days to 1 week is enough time to get brown spots in my experience). The scheme in my mind is: I send you some euros (you tell me the estimate price) via Paypal (+some additional fee for you help). You buy me bananas and store them until 14.09.19. At that day I ride to your address and get them ripe.

Or may be you can help with me some other solutions: - place in Berlin where I can buy spotty bananas with high probability; - people with online vegan shops in Berlin, where I can pay for them in advance (and just get the week later when I arrive).

Need your help on our Cycling Journey/Trip

What Will We be Doing?
Starting early June this year, we will be cycling through the US to Mexico and all the way down to Belize.

We will be stopping along the way meeting like-minded people, documenting our journey through writings, YouTube videos, and a documentary film spreading the vegan message to many people.

Not only will be exploring various cities, towns, and the natural world, mostly foraging and camping under the stars, but we will also be spending time at people's homes.

Goals
- Document our cycling journey through a YouTube video series
- Create a documentary film based on the books The Interconnectedness of Life and The Lost Love, as well as our trip
- Eventually, immigrate to Belize and create an intentional vegan educational community

The Route
The first part of the trip. From Canada to Mexico

The second part of the trip. From Mexico to Belize.

How Much Time Will This Take?
We will cycle three to four hours per day using the rest of the time for site seeing and meditation, writing, filming, video editing, fruitlucks, vegan education, etc., thus taking it three or four months to complete the entire trip to Belize. Once we get to Belize, we will continue writing and filming, learning as we go along.

We are currently seeking employment or volunteering opportunities, eventually finding land to create the intentional community.

I will stay for 10 days in Manhattan June 4-14. The goal of this trip? Some meetings related to my activity as a researcher, and I'll use some time to work on my novel. I love seating in NY public spaces and find inspiration there. Bryant and NY public library have my preference.
