Hi,

I'm 5'3, 92 pounds, and 16 years old. I know I'm under weight and I don't know how to gain more weight on the low fat raw vegan diet. I run 4 miles every other day so I need a lot of calories. My stomach just is not that big and I get full very fast... how can I get enough calories by eating healthy? I'm not a huge fan of nuts but I do like to make nut butters. Is it ok to eat nut butter every once in a while on a low fat raw vegan diet? I've been raw vegan for about a month and I really like it but I don't want to loose anymore weight. Do you guys have any good recipes or tips?

Thanks.

~Hannah
