Is it detox?

I drink 3-4L of a water a day so it's definitely not that. I eat raw till 4 most days unless i'm out of fruit and have to eat something cooked for lunch. Lately i have been eating a lot of greens (kale, frozen peas, collards, celery) because my body craves it but today specially I have this craving to eat something salty. Just now i bought nutritional yeast (I kow it is not allowed here, but i rather have that instead of salt - 12 months ago I went on a two day fast to give up salt and I remember the pain)
What do you think? I guess i am lacking some minerals. Have you had any experience like mine?

Thanks for your response.

I am 16 years old, going on 17 next month. I "tried" being vegan when I was 14 but I was really uneducated (about veganism and the affects that eating animals and their products has on them, our health, and our planet) and immature at the time, so I gave up within days. I started being a vegetarian at the end of February of this year. One day my sister (who is also vegan and is the person who encouraged me to be vegan) just came over to me and showed me a video of chicks being crushed in a factory farm. I became vegan. I have been vegan since April of this year, and I have recently started doing raw till 4.

What helped/made you transition from eating meat to being vegan? I'm Heather from South Carolina and I love this lifestyle! I've lost 30 pounds already eating raw till 4. Before I found this lifestyle I had thought I was destined to keep the weight I had gained forever because nothing seemed to work and then this just clicked and worked easily. But I know it is not all about weight and now I am a voice for the animals and the planet. I want to do my part to help leave this world better than I found it and save all living beings. I also have more energy, much better sleep, and just overall feel better on this lifestyle! Since I don't personally know any other vegans much less HCRV, I am so thankful to be part of 30BAD! It is hard to eat healthy in this southern part of the world surrounded by fried this and fried that, but I want to show people that it can be done! I have had such a great journey and love this lifestyle so much that I want to share it with everyone! Freelee and Durianrider have really inspired me.

https://www.facebook.com/pickingthevine

http://instagram.com/pickingthevine

https://twitter.com/PickingTheVine

Ya'll have a great day and don't forget to go fruit yourself :)

Heather - lake.jpg

I've been experiencing some unusual acne, specifically on my forehead which is normally the last place you'll ever find acne on my face. Also some bad breath which is strange because I only eat fruit, veggies and starches with minimal seasoning. I've also been having a bloated belly regularly.

Are these detox symptoms/has anyone experienced something similar 5 months in rather than initially when starting this lifestyle?
