This low fat vegan whipped cream recipe turned out way better than I could have imagined. It fluffed up really nicely and doesn't use coconut cream, it uses aquafaba, which is much lower in fat. It was a yogurt sauce with sugar &amp;amp; cinnamon and we would cut up apple slices and dip them in it. I would always look forward to it especially during the fall when apples are at their prime.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Now, of course, I would never consider eating yogurt again. But my wife and 5 yr old daughter always thought the date mix was a bit strong in taste.So tonight i blended slightly defrosted frozen rasberries with 2 medjool dates and combined that with the apple and banana layers.Anyway they loved it so i recommend it to anyone that wants a twist on an old favourite!For those that dont follow search the site for banana apple date strudel and have a look.Unfortunately i didn't think to take a photo! They didn't really last long enuff!&lt;/div&gt;</content>
