It's an awesome comprehensive collection of excellent educational materials about health, animals and the environment. Documentaries, speeches, videos, and documents addressing subtopics providing further links. Perfect for sharing as a whole, or for subjects of particular relevance. Hundreds of people already seen and shared my note (even durianrider aka my biggest idol http://imgur.com/ViNcE5J) and I've got a lot of awesome feedback from it.

So, I watched Freelee's video "What do you think?" She mentions that people who know the truth but continue to eat animal products should die and that people should be forced to go vegan. Now, I understand her point of view and see that she is just frustrated. I disagree with the murder of other human beings because we are after all animals, and I don't think picking and choosing which animal species gets to live is right. Saying people should die because they eat animal products is not helping to spread the vegan message. It actually turns potentials away. We don't want that. We want to get as many people as we can to become vegan. We have to be more positive. In her previous videos, she does a great job talking about the health benefits and all the positive things that people get from it with the addition of showing all the harm it causes us and to the planet/animals. This method worked for me, and I know it will work for others. Once people are eased into it, then, I would enlighten them about the torture of animals more strictly among other things to lock them into the vegan lifestyle. I would not talk about murdering other people because that is a huge turn off. I do agree that people should be forced to go vegan. It should be the law, but the government and business corporations are so greedy that they won't let that happen. All us vegans can do is convert as many people as possible in the hopes that there will be enough of us to invade and dismember these organizations. I love Freelee; I think she is awesome. I just think that she should be careful about how she phrases things. Hopefully, she and everyone else can understand my point of view and don't think that I am a "unicorn hugger" or whatever she calls it.I'm doing what I can to help spread the message, and I do this by educating the people around me. At college, I had several projects that I was able to corporate veganism into, and I was able to get people to question their lifestyle. I was even able to get some students and teachers to try it for a week. I was able to get one person to fully transition and a few to cut back on animal products or go vegetarian. It's a small step, but it's better than nothing. What do you guys think? Have you seen Freelee's video? If so, what did you think about it?

It may not seem like much but she has millions of followers. Stopping her instagram marketing could mean saving thousands of girls from damaging their bodies.

In this video we show you step by step how to report her account. You can even take it a step further and report individual photos if you have the time.

Freelee is already experiencing problems with her instagram. Most likely because Kayla's fans are reporting her account. That is only a speculation but it makes sense.

Durianrider and freelee are my inspirations, but I literally never have any energy and im stationary all day because my mum doesnt want me to do anything as she thinks im underweight so therefore I should have some energy, but the truth is my parents just want me to eat what I ate before but I don't want to! People claim to have so much energy on this lifestyle, but i dont, even when I eat more fruit! I drink plenty of fluid mostly in the morning and before my evening meal to aid my digestion and I get at least 9hours of sleep every night, at the moment I have been going to bed as early as 8 but then I wake up at 6 (so an early riser because I crave my breakfast so much)!...I also get headaches and joint aches which I keep thinking might be linked to a lack of something as well but I'm so confused because the joint aches could just be because of the lack of activity, my heads such a mess, I can't concerntrate and have been prescribed anti depressants because of it someone please help!! I am 15, 5ft4 and 43kg what are your opinions? Also I can't keep my hands out the fruit bowl I feel like I'm binging I just want some reassurance too.

So it's been getting pretty cold where I am (I'm studying in Seoul at the moment), especially around my uni campus because it's all just reclaimed land so it's flat with lots of wind. Apparently, there's a lot of snow during the winter too.

I have so much respect for people who trudge through conditions worse than this to keep on with their running/cycling routines, but it's really not practical for me to do that because I'm aiming for a scholarship and I really can't afford to get ill or injured. I've also jumped into running while starting the HCLF vegan lifestyle and my foot's been bothering me a bit, so I've started to stay in the gym on campus for exercise, using the treadmill/ cycling machine/ elliptical.

So, what do you all think about using these machines for cardio? I'm guessing it isn't ideal, but they're what I've got to work with. I know how much Durianrider/Harley advocates cycling, as far as saying that it's way better than running, so I'm going to try to get more into that... but will I get results that are way inferior than getting out there and riding a real bike? There are no real hills here, like I mentioned before, so perhaps the cycling machine would be a better option anyway because I can up the resistance? I don't know... haha. The elliptical also seems to get a lot of bad rap, but it's all from the HIIT/P90X protein powder+pre-workout sellouts so I want to know what you guys think! :)

Thanks for reading the somewhat long post!

I love youtube a lot. It is, pretty much, my #1 favorite website (don't worry 30BAD, you are my #2 ;D). I don't watch television at all or very rarely, youtube is much better entertainment (plus i don't have to wait through bulls*** commercials, that promote lifestyle that I despise and ads for meds to deal with consiquenses of that lifestyle, every 5 minutes)

Recently I have watched a few videos by a channel named "VeganAtheist". I've stumbled upon it several times in the past, but never really watched any of its videos untill like a week ago. A lot of his videos are quite good on my opinion. I haven't watched all of them, but my favorites so far are the "dumbest meat eater comments of the week" or "dumbest christian comments of the week", and so on in likely manner. In those videos, he often has guest hosts (some popular atheist youtubers) read out the dumbest christian or muslim comments, after which veganatheist breaks them down point by point and explains why they are so dumb. If you haven't checked out VeganAtheist channel yet, you definotely should.

Honest to say, that experience opened up an entire youtube community for me. I checked out some youtubers that veganatheist had on his show and a lot of what they had to say really grabed my attention. Just as I didn't know about existence of vegan community before the summer of 2012, I didn't know about atheist community on youtube untill a few days ago. As i viewd some of the youtubers promoted by veganatheist, i kept finding more and more as, essentially, most of them support and cross promote each other to make their message stronger.

I think that I knew before what atheism means, but I never knew why people don't believe in a christian god, or any faith/religion what so ever untill i listened to what some of the people from atheist community had to say.

By the amounts of views those people get, I think that it's a pretty hot topic and it get attacked just as much as vegan movement does. Honestly, it reminds of vegan/vegetarian movement A LOT.It is set on educating people with honest objective information, void of personal interest, in order to better our human society on this planet (exactly just as a vegan movement). They strive for people to be logical, reasonable and objective. Follow the science, not the prejudeces that have been programmed into people's heads after years and years of preaching lies. Doesn't it sound similar? Isn't what we want. Essentially, our movements are parallel, two arrows flying in the same direction, but striking a bit different target. What I find peculiar, is that I hear more and more that many people in atheist movement chose vegetarinism and veganism. i.e. VEGANatheist. There are youtubers like, JaclynGlenn (check her out, she's awesome), she is vegetarian (practicly vegan i think, not 100% sure) and advocates it freely. It's really not that surprising. Once you start thinking critically, abandon "bias & prejudice" camp and choose to be a member of "objective & reasonable" camp, it ONLY MAKES SENSE when it comes to a different topic, you should try and remain reasonable, logical and objective (and we all know, that when it comes to diet and lifestyle, health of this planet, people and the animals, there is no more reasonable, logical and objective choice than going veg).

Unfortunately, not all of the atheism advocates are vegan or vegetarian, not all of them are slim and healthy and fit either, since, for a lot of them, (unlike a vegan camp) health, fitness and animal rights are usually not the main objective for a discussion. BUT, I belive one day this demographic, of smart and objective people, could potentially have a great support for veganism and may be vise versa, because I belive that both atheist and vegan movements carry great messages and can be interwoven. After all, in a bigger picture, what all of us are trying to do is to educate people.

Just as vegan movement, atheist movement has its own reprsentatives that attract different sub-demographic: there are clowns and jokers like durianrider, for example CultOfDusty or darkmatter2525 (check them out, won't regret it, these guys are hilarious); there are smart and sexy b!tches like Freelee, for ex. JaclyGlenn, there are people like PlantPositive or Michael Greger and talk about science a lot, for ex. Thunderf00t; there are many scientist that support atheism just as many medical doctors we know that advocate whole foods plant based diet ,etc. (Those are the only youtubers i know and have watched so far, there's a lot more)

It's quite interesting. I don't know if anyone else but me has noticed this. Definitely, if you are open-minded person, which all of us here on 30bad should be, it is a wothy topic to check out

I know Durianrider and Freelee might not read this but I just want to put it out there so anyone reading this can see how grateful I am to be introduced to these two amazing people :) You guys rock <3

A little about myself, like Freelee, I have been battling with eating disorder for almost a third of my life. Always have been afraid of what I put in my mouth. Controlling food intake was my only way to feel significant and "being in control" of my life. Little did I know, the seemingly harmless act has led me to a very, very dark place where being thin was all i can see, all i want to be and all i care about. It got to the point where depression hit me hard and I was so ashame to go outside, to be with friends and relatives because of the fear of everyone else's judgement about my "fatness" or my "flaws" or any of the mistakes i may make (think about it, how stupid i was, to care about everyone else' opinions but my own needs).

Later, I've got into a few relationships but they never lasted because of my own insecurity and unwillingness to give up what i called "the secret". I would rather lock myself in my room, weighing food, logging calories, going for a jog, reading or watching movies about ED related than socialising and doing what's considered more beneficial. However, things started to change around when I met my boyfriend. He has always been there to support and help me through this hard time despite how emotionally crazy I could be at times :P. And so, slowly, little by little, I finally came to realize life is so much more than the number on the scale and finally got the courage to admit I deserve to be free and do and have what I truly want in life <3

Anyways, long story short, during the 6 months spent with my boyfriend, we came across those videos of Durianrider and Freelee promoting the low fat raw vegan lifestyle. I got really intrigued because at the time, I was still undereating due to the fear of gaining all the weight I have lost back, so I just wanted something that works, that keeps me fit and healthy LONG TERM. I started doing more research about the diet, watching a tons of videos about the consequences of eating meat and also the benefits of adopting a plant based diet. I started watching more and more videos of Durianrider and Freelee, and even bought Freelee's book - "Go fruit yourself" (awesome book by the way!). Everything about this lifestyle just makes so much sense to me and that's why I decided to do a one week trial of the diet with my boyfriend (One week, what a joke I know but bare with me here :P).

After only a week, I started to notice a HUGE difference in my energy level. My skin started to clear up. My digestion got so much better, no more bloating or stomach pains. No more body odor whatsoever. But the greatest benefit I would like to emphasize is how eating enough calories from fruits has helped improve my mood and brought more positivitity and abundance in my life. As a result, we decided to keep going with the diet and never looked back. I can't even say how grateful I am to discover this lifestyle that not only benefit myself but also others, the animals and the planet. It is such a WIN WIN WIN WIN situation :D

Harley and Freelee have helped me so much to overcome the fear of "calories". They taught me how to view food as fuel, as what my body needs to function optimally. They taught me how to eat enough so that I can have more energy, so that i can give out more to the world and live the life I want. I remember one day a friend of mine was attacking me through texts (I wouldn't go into details here). Normally, I would take this personally and probably feel all sad, sorry for myself and wonder why bad things always happen to me. BUT NOT THIS TIME, because I was fully CARBED UP. My mind was clear and my thinking was always heading towards the positive side. I did not sit on the side and let life pass me by, instead, I went full on and fight for it. I said everything on my mind to that person whom was once my friend. But I also reacted in a much calmer state of mind coming from positivity and love.

All of these wouldn't happen if I did not stumble across you guys' videos. Thank you Harley and Freelee for being such an amazing inspiration for me and thousands of people out there <3 Thank you for never being afraid of telling the ruthless truth <3 Thank you for always standing up for what you believe <3 And last but not least, thank you for living your life purpose of helping others living their life purposes <3

Sunny,

With love.

Really strong the past 3 months. 70-80% raw.

I am moderately fit. 20-30 miles a week, plus 3-4 days of yoga/gymnastics fitness for an hour.

I come from drug abuse and SAD. I have noticed, i am losing body fat, but would fasting benefit me in dropping toxic baggage quicker? I just want it gone and dont need it.

If i did it would be for at least two weeks, followed by 1 week of banana island.

Anything helps, thanks.
