I cured my eating disorder, my acne, my hair falling out, my constipation and I grew super strong nails. I don't think that we, rawtill4 or raw vegan people have overdose on vitamins. I normally pack a full car of fruits and in summer its hard to keep it to last more than 3-4 days. I feel the fridge is not good for my fruits.. Makes them too cold at low humidity.

I've been looking around and seems like wine cellars are a good option.. 10-15°C, high humidity. Anyone uses them?

Is there some other option out there?

So, I watched Freelee's video "What do you think?" She mentions that people who know the truth but continue to eat animal products should die and that people should be forced to go vegan. Now, I understand her point of view and see that she is just frustrated. I disagree with the murder of other human beings because we are after all animals, and I don't think picking and choosing which animal species gets to live is right. Saying people should die because they eat animal products is not helping to spread the vegan message. It actually turns potentials away. We don't want that. We want to get as many people as we can to become vegan. We have to be more positive. In her previous videos, she does a great job talking about the health benefits and all the positive things that people get from it with the addition of showing all the harm it causes us and to the planet/animals. This method worked for me, and I know it will work for others. Once people are eased into it, then, I would enlighten them about the torture of animals more strictly among other things to lock them into the vegan lifestyle. I would not talk about murdering other people because that is a huge turn off. I do agree that people should be forced to go vegan. It should be the law, but the government and business corporations are so greedy that they won't let that happen. All us vegans can do is convert as many people as possible in the hopes that there will be enough of us to invade and dismember these organizations. I love Freelee; I think she is awesome. I just think that she should be careful about how she phrases things. Hopefully, she and everyone else can understand my point of view and don't think that I am a "unicorn hugger" or whatever she calls it.I'm doing what I can to help spread the message, and I do this by educating the people around me. At college, I had several projects that I was able to corporate veganism into, and I was able to get people to question their lifestyle. I was even able to get some students and teachers to try it for a week. I was able to get one person to fully transition and a few to cut back on animal products or go vegetarian. It's a small step, but it's better than nothing. What do you guys think? Have you seen Freelee's video? If so, what did you think about it?

And I'm like yeah and what? Are we in war now? We CAN cook rice and pasta and we HAVE ENOUGH fruits. Come on man..... What else can I say to them? Also, they say to me that people living in cold regions in countries can't have a vegan diet because they have to protect themselves with fish mostly (or meat). And that they aren't the same as people who live in warm places. What about this? I think I need to investigate more so I don't turn blank although I always try to make some good explanations. There must be a perfect explanation of these too. If they would try the vegan diet they wouldn't say anything bad about it, being vegan is feeling awesome. Fresh fruits and plant based food plus you get so connected to nature.. Ahh..... They really should try it haha. Thank you for taking your time for reading this. Let's talk!

I found some very creative ways to store bananas, but where do you store the rest?
I have two fruit bowls in my kitchen and also a little kitchen wagon with open drawers.
I stored everything there - maybe not my best idea.

Do you put everything in your fridge during warm days?
(At the moment we have something between 25°C (77°F) and 35°C (95°F) here)

Hey guys!

I'm a 19 year old girl who has always been a SAD-eater and i've been struggling with my weight for most of my life and have had many different eating disorders.. now i'm trying to eat properly and work out but it just doesn't seem to help.. that's why i like trying out new things once in a while - maybe someday i'll find something that really suits for me and my body and soul. :)

But i also have some questions..

30 Bananas a Day/Raw Til 4

I’ve been doing some research about these two lately and it gets more and more interesting and exciting for me in every minute.

But what’s confusing me are the results and how long does it take to see changes?

And also what to exactly eat? Can i eat fruits all day long as much as i want to? Snack on a fruit/veggie in every couple of minutes? Or make myself big smoothies for breakfast/lunch etc? Nothing cooked, like ever? Only everything raw? Can’t even cook/steam veggies for example?

I know that Raw Til 4 is that you eat fruits and veggies until 4 and then have a cooked meal high in carbs and then no more, but what time should the last meal be? And what exactly should it consist of? Potatoes, pasta, macaronies and just a veggie salad aside? Or what? Could i even have oatmeal for dinner?

Still trying to figure it out exactly and maybe even give it a try. Why? Because i’m a total fruit and veggie lover, i could snack on them for the whole day and make myself yummy smoothies all day long. Even though i like meat, cheese, eggs etc, i find them not so appetizing for me anymore and meat is shitloads of expensive and doesn't fill my tummy up..

What's exactly allowed on this way of eating and what now? I know that there's no restriction on fruits (as i have understood) but what about veggies? What's a GO and what's a NO?

And how ‘bout work/school? Do you carry your veggies/fruits with you all day long? What do you say to others? I believe that if i would start changing my eating habits like this, my family would think i’m insane.

I know that there’s no calorie restriction, but does that mean i need to exercise? We all have been taught that excess calories raise our weight but is it really true?

I started with Focus T25 (Beachbody program, quite intensive) today, is it okay to do it with this lifestyle? Will i have enough energy and improvement in my trainings? Will it help me build my muscle also? Or will i only lose fat?

I’ve seen some extremely amazing results over the internet and this website and i really start to think that high carb raw vegan could work for me to. I have a minor skin problem and a really big problem with my scalp also and during the day i feel like i have zero energy and i have also problems with sleeping at nights.. will it help me cure them? I’ve seen pic’s of people getting rid of insane acne within just 2 months.. will it help me also? (i don’t have serious acne, but my boyfriend does!)

And which is better, high carb raw vegan or Raw Til 4? Which you think is better for a beginner? Which is easier to follow and to live with and why?

I also take extra magnesium because i have muscle cramps and they're pretty bad and i can't get rid of them without extra suppliments (if i skip a day on it, i suffer at night).. will this lifestyle help me cure this problem?

If you know any good blogs/tumblr’s from real people (not made up for advertisement) which talk about the same lifestyles, let me know. Any help/advice/links/etc are accepted! :) I'm also running around this website to catch up on everything i need to know and every little detail that there is.

Sorry for any mistakes, English isn't my native language. :)

I've been more prudent, I did mono meals, didn't mix all sort of veggies in my salad like I did first time. After less then 2 weeks doing it, I end up in hospital with gastroenteritis again, the same terrible pain like last time.

Now, I ate mostly fruits and some salads + avocado/ nuts. My fruits, apples, clementines, blueberries. They might have been unripe, for sure. I did one veggie sandwich and a vegan burrito in this time as well, cravings...

I had dark green stool for 3 days and then the pain made a mess out of me.

Now, clearly something is wrong but I want to be helped to overcome this and to have a chance to healthy eating.

Please help me if you know something about the things that I struggle with.

Thanks

Mira

I tried feeling it out before cutting it and it felt soft but to my surprise still a but unripe. I read somewhere it was best not to eat unripe fruit because toxins are much higher at that stage. Although I know in some countries, unripe fruits are a delicacy. Is it okay to eat?

So please is there any advise on what fruits I should look to buying?
