Hi!

I hope you are as excited for this as I am.

I am in Massachusetts, and representing myself and the idea of a few people to band together to create a community in Westminster, MA, or another area of Eastern Massachusetts.

The goal is about 30 to 50 people or families, each having a private 2.5-4 acres each, all the same amount. The remainder will be a common area, common woods, etc. It’s so exciting. I don’t know about you but it’s a dream come true.

So far, the consensus is these parameters to make life easier for all of us to support each other in how we want to move forward.

- No animals inside walls or fences

- Vegan, Raw Vegan

- No power tools used for building, or outdoor work

- No air conditioners, no gas or propane or other fossil fuels.

It may be that the best use is sections of wifi-free houses, or common area wifi, phone use, so that people do not need cell phones or devices.

While it’s a desire to use less freezers, wifi, and cell phones, it’s not necessarily where one is at right now.

It’s this goal that we are moving in this direction, towards being in a safe space, total union with other life, developing a gentler and non-busy life.

All buildings will be built by hand by anyone who wants to participate. That way anyone who wants to can learn to build a house, and some lucky one gets the house whether they design it, or not... and then one is freed up can help others build one. No rent.. This is in contrast to what people often do, which is work all week, paying for a contractor to build their house, to rush through a more toxic building of the house. When people try to buy a paradise alone, it is more expensive and more lonely later. This way, the builder needs little money and finds him/herself amongst friends who also want this freedom and together they can actually make the dream a reality.

There are a lot of people who want this, right? Like really!

Don’t be shy! I really want people to feel like they can let this be what they’ve been wanting. It’s really not a attempt of a few individuals it’s just this dream that includes a lot of people even if we don’t know eachother, yet. You know if it’s yours. Come in some way, please! We want you. We want friends. We’re all on earth and we might as well come together on earth.

Maybe you want to start another community? How bout it. More the merrier. There is a movement in Russia calling itself the Kin-villages. Some people get together, raise enough money to purchase some land. Then they divide it into 2.5 acre sections, each one for a family. There is independence for the residents in this model, and the goal is to develop a space of love for the family that can last for ages and satsify everyone.

This is the video describing this happening in russia <https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=bmaNy76ic94>;

Hey all,

So today I realized that I've been celibate for two years. No particular reason either. Since I broke up with my ex-girlfriend 2 1/2 years ago I only dates two girls and only slept with one of them. Since then I've been crushing everything else at life. I've been able to travel, bike like crazy, fitness on par (Vegan) and run a YouTube channel (Manual Pedal) that's slowly growing. I think the only area where I struggle is with hooking up with girls. I think for the most part it's because I don't go out to party as much as I used to.

I have a great personality and love to ride, cook, dine out when necessary, travel, read and share. One of my biggest strengths is contribution. I love to give back to people who need help and seeking personal growth. I believe I'm able to do this because I love who I am, and now able to do this. I wrote down a list of things that's growing that I would want in the First Lady (next potential girlfriend). I won't list them all but she would have to be on the same page or similar to what I am doing or at least have goals for herself. It would be awesome if she biked as well, vegan, and loved to cook and travel.

Is that asking for to much? Anyway I'm based out of New York and If anyone is down to go for a bike ride let's give it a shot. Cheers!

I'll start off with saying that I, in fact, broke up with my long-term boyfriend yesterday. We were so in love, I thought that I was going to be his wife and the mother of his children. However, was I really happy?

See there is a huge difference with being comfortable and happy. He helped me feel great about my insecurities, was my best friend, and loved me to no end.

However, one major thing that we did not have in common was veganism, an issue I'm sure all of you can relate to.

I was vegan back in 2012, and I first met him in 2013, where he told me he liked to eat meat. That didn't really bother me at first, because I was very focused on himself as a person. However, as years went by, I started to notice the issues that were so irritating:

1) He'd never try to learn about my life, and would not even consider educating himself about veganism.

2) His family would smoke cigarettes and would wonder why they have such high blood pressure, back pain, and cancer in the family

3) He would not want to travel and experience things with me; he'd rather be with his family.

As someone who is pretty neutral about most things, one thing I am not neutral about is veganism. However, this relationship (although good) was repressing my true feelings about my passion. I love the environment and I love politics.
He however, did not enjoy those things, he would rather watch youtube videos about a man drinking a shot of mustard than hold a conversation with me about the planet or even our relationship.

That to me bothered me...it bothered so much that I started to find attraction is other people; not specifically one individual but just in general. I started to be surrounded by others who did not stare at their phone and would talk about endless things with you. When you asked them a question, they would not just knock it down with "I don't know", they would answer it thoroughly with enthusiasm!

I saw a quote as well, saying "Follow your passion and the universe will follow." I took this to heart. I wanted to shape my life the way I always envisioned: eating mangoes on the floor with my vegan partner right after a run. I was tired of the ignorance.

On that note, take this message with you:
Love yourself to recognize that you deserve nothing but what you strive for. Do good for the planet, do good for the animals, and do good for you.

And I'm like yeah and what? Are we in war now? We CAN cook rice and pasta and we HAVE ENOUGH fruits. Come on man..... What else can I say to them? Also, they say to me that people living in cold regions in countries can't have a vegan diet because they have to protect themselves with fish mostly (or meat). And that they aren't the same as people who live in warm places. What about this? I think I need to investigate more so I don't turn blank although I always try to make some good explanations. There must be a perfect explanation of these too. If they would try the vegan diet they wouldn't say anything bad about it, being vegan is feeling awesome. Fresh fruits and plant based food plus you get so connected to nature.. Ahh..... They really should try it haha. Thank you for taking your time for reading this. Let's talk!

So, back in December 2013 I took a bet on myself and moved way out west to chase snowboarding elite, well that was a waste of time due to the fact that climate change is decimating the socal and Tahoe areas which need snow. But being out there has lead me to a new place. Mammoth @#$%%&@! Lakes, California. I decided it was time to go even bigger in my pursuits and if given the chance wouldn't any of us do the same?

After WFF2013 (that was the only time it was cool) and meeting Freelee, DR, and Tarah 40belowfruity I went through major surgery on my ankle, I won't go into the details but four large chunks of bone had to be removed and I got some scary news from my doctor that I might never be able to reach that winter x-games level of competition (I will prove that doctor wrong someday) Once I got my health and my head screwed on tight I wanted to fix other areas of my life. After all, there’s no point in being shredded if your life is a mess. I quit my dead-end job, ditched my lame-ass friends (I joined up the the furries shortly after that), made a list of goals and start chipping away at them.

For those getting on the vegan or raw THIS IS YOUR LIFE! Live it to the fullest with reckless abandon. Seize the day. And do it again tomorrow. Live. Go get your dream job. Search for your dream girl (or guy). Fear nothing. Try everything. Be excited. You’ll never get yesterday back, but today is yours for the taking. Make it great.

Maybe I'm naive, crazy, or just took one too many slams in the snow, but I wouldn't change anything I've learned in the past two years for anything in the world.

"All I wanna do is the thing I love. Really, this is the best change I have ever made. I'm only 19 years old (20 in a month!) and I am confident that I will eat this way forever. High carb low fat is the way to go, always. <3

I know Durianrider and Freelee might not read this but I just want to put it out there so anyone reading this can see how grateful I am to be introduced to these two amazing people :) You guys rock <3

A little about myself, like Freelee, I have been battling with eating disorder for almost a third of my life. Always have been afraid of what I put in my mouth. Controlling food intake was my only way to feel significant and "being in control" of my life. Little did I know, the seemingly harmless act has led me to a very, very dark place where being thin was all i can see, all i want to be and all i care about. It got to the point where depression hit me hard and I was so ashame to go outside, to be with friends and relatives because of the fear of everyone else's judgement about my "fatness" or my "flaws" or any of the mistakes i may make (think about it, how stupid i was, to care about everyone else' opinions but my own needs).

Later, I've got into a few relationships but they never lasted because of my own insecurity and unwillingness to give up what i called "the secret". I would rather lock myself in my room, weighing food, logging calories, going for a jog, reading or watching movies about ED related than socialising and doing what's considered more beneficial. However, things started to change around when I met my boyfriend. He has always been there to support and help me through this hard time despite how emotionally crazy I could be at times :P. And so, slowly, little by little, I finally came to realize life is so much more than the number on the scale and finally got the courage to admit I deserve to be free and do and have what I truly want in life <3

Anyways, long story short, during the 6 months spent with my boyfriend, we came across those videos of Durianrider and Freelee promoting the low fat raw vegan lifestyle. I got really intrigued because at the time, I was still undereating due to the fear of gaining all the weight I have lost back, so I just wanted something that works, that keeps me fit and healthy LONG TERM. I started doing more research about the diet, watching a tons of videos about the consequences of eating meat and also the benefits of adopting a plant based diet. I started watching more and more videos of Durianrider and Freelee, and even bought Freelee's book - "Go fruit yourself" (awesome book by the way!). Everything about this lifestyle just makes so much sense to me and that's why I decided to do a one week trial of the diet with my boyfriend (One week, what a joke I know but bare with me here :P).

After only a week, I started to notice a HUGE difference in my energy level. My skin started to clear up. My digestion got so much better, no more bloating or stomach pains. No more body odor whatsoever. But the greatest benefit I would like to emphasize is how eating enough calories from fruits has helped improve my mood and brought more positivitity and abundance in my life. As a result, we decided to keep going with the diet and never looked back. I can't even say how grateful I am to discover this lifestyle that not only benefit myself but also others, the animals and the planet. It is such a WIN WIN WIN WIN situation :D

Harley and Freelee have helped me so much to overcome the fear of "calories". They taught me how to view food as fuel, as what my body needs to function optimally. They taught me how to eat enough so that I can have more energy, so that i can give out more to the world and live the life I want. I remember one day a friend of mine was attacking me through texts (I wouldn't go into details here). Normally, I would take this personally and probably feel all sad, sorry for myself and wonder why bad things always happen to me. BUT NOT THIS TIME, because I was fully CARBED UP. My mind was clear and my thinking was always heading towards the positive side. I did not sit on the side and let life pass me by, instead, I went full on and fight for it. I said everything on my mind to that person whom was once my friend. But I also reacted in a much calmer state of mind coming from positivity and love.

All of these wouldn't happen if I did not stumble across you guys' videos. Thank you Harley and Freelee for being such an amazing inspiration for me and thousands of people out there <3 Thank you for never being afraid of telling the ruthless truth <3 Thank you for always standing up for what you believe <3 And last but not least, thank you for living your life purpose of helping others living their life purposes <3

Sunny,

With love.

So you are a Raw Vegan and ye feel kinda lonely – because you have become an outsider, a weir-do, in the eyes of the cooked food creatures in your neighbourhood, town or city. You want to stay connected though, stay social, still be part of the crowd, but you are different now, you do not fit the norm any more, so what to do when it comes to relationships?

Ye've been eye-balling this cute blond at the supermarket for months now or lusting for that hunk from salsa class every week during the 45 min. that you share dance moves. But he/she is "one of them" a; Cooked-Fooder, and even worse; a meat-eater!! You are after-all aware that when you start dating him/her that the romantic dinners will become a frequent activity and inevitably the diet will become a conversation topic. You are prepared to be brave and face the disbelieve, laughter, and maybe even criticism that is upon you, but let it all pass-over so that the evening will not be ruined of course, and you do want to give a person also the benefit of a doubt.

But if you happen to like the person coze he/she made you laugh, or for whatever other reasons, he/she turnes out to be quite compatible with you. BUT, how can you, if it becomes serious, share a possible life with somebody who still consumes innocent creatures and so is slowly destroying his/her own beautiful health and also contributing to the destruction of Mother Earth, which you know is in many ways linked to the over-consuming market, the breeding of live-stock and the undiscriminating use of chemicals to protect the valuable food industry, but polluting all our waters, soil, and air.

Of course you will start to educate and share your views because he/she will ask, if things are favourable, coze if your potential new life-partner is not in any way interested in your ideas and views I would say: “get out while you still can”, because let's be honest: 'Life is too short to wast'.

Clearly we have also the option to accept the person for who he/she is and the diet they consume. Many people, I have learned, are fully aware of the health challenges one faces when eating animal products and are also informed about the destruction of rainforests, so that cows have a space to graze, but are just not into saving or caring for the planet. This is a puzzling realization for me personally, but I have encountered these people and I am sure you have as well.

So it is 'Tricky'. Over time many people will become influenced by the truth and will adjust and change for a better planet but there is never a guarantee so you will have to decide what to do. Will you invest time and patience to slowly convert your new love and hope he/she will join your force of light or will you accept the possibility that: “There is no chance he/she will ever change”.

The easy road is of course when you meet somebody that is already on your path but they just have not crossed yet. Imagine the easy flow of energy between you and your new passion. The end of the horizon seems suddenly so very colourful because when your aim is to share a life-path with somebody what better and time-saving scenario exists then when you are on the same 'board' surfing the wave of life, to put poetically.

I must say honestly that this recently happened to myself. I was happy to find one day a wee Goddess in my kitchen assisting me with the creation of a few raw dishes. I will only speak for myself, but the easy flow of energy, as described above, was surely flowing from me to her and back I feel. I felt that we knew one another for some time and already had shared many life experiences together. For me it has always been the rule that a relationship would be founded on a at least Vegetarian diet, preferably Vegan (but she soon would be one anyway once I start to share my knowledge to her). So you can imagine my joy when I met this beautiful 'Raw Soul' that is walking a clear path of positivity and care for the planet and its animals. So this is my point. A like-minded Soul is in any case, whatever it might be, a much better compatibility than a opposition. The saying: “Opposites Attract” is totally incorrect in my view.

A particular diet should of course never really stand in the way of 'Love' of course, but me personally always thinks about time to come. It is well known that certain disagreements always come to the surface in time, if they are really bothering you. Energies always find a way to balance themselves out. Truths always manifest, you cannot run from them.

So each person will have to decide for themselves in how they will deal with the difference in diet and life-style, but again, I have learned, in being in this life for some time, that it is very important for many health rebels out-there that their partner shares the same outlook.

For myself I know that I will and cannot compromise. I feel fortunate that I have found my truth and I am sticking with it. Because when it comes to 'Love and Happiness' I feel that it is important to keep a clear 'Aura', a honest reflection of who you are and with being so a beautiful Soul will eventually manifest, if not in this life-time then surely in the next.

You can use this as a support if you're not 801010 yet, or just share it with your friends and those you know who need it ;)

1. learning how to aprreciate food again: Before raw, I used to have to create things with food so as to enjoy it slowly when eating - creating dishes made me more respectful toward the food.

What is different with raw food is that: they already fill you with love and bless and compassion by themselves. I noticed that as, when going to the market the other day, I litteraly teared up in front of a melon. The simple fact of taking this tiny fruit in my open hands surrounded me with love and compassion.

2. less glamorous but surely a very positive point: my period got shorter and lighter.

Having a hard time describing properly how I FEEL in English I'm being very short on these two points. However, if you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask me or contact me at any time.

Sending you all my love and encouragements ;)

Rebecca :)

Now that I am out of school and have a bit of time, I finally sat down and recorded my thoughts on the weight gain we may experience when eating unlimited calories from fruit after having lived with an eating disorder. I want to share my story of mental and physical healing to inspire and encourage others who may be struggling with committing to this high-calorie, high-love lifestyle.

This is my very first video, so I am not at all tech savvy, and i could not get my audio and visual to sync up, but I hope you will still watch and share with others who may benefit.

I am hoping the take away message will be this: gaining weight on fruit is a sign of healing and of life and love. Don't wait in agony for the slim-down to come, celebrate your mental and internal physical healing NOW. Embrace your new body as a sign of the invaluable healing and repair that your body is doing. The reward is not the eventual weight loss, it is the liberation from a habit of self-abuse. Yay!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cR1Q8LxKoGc

please let me know what you think, and share your own stories with me :)

I have many friends over the internet, mainly girls who are suffering from anorexia, bulimia and many other eating disorders. Countless amount of times I have tried to help and support these girls. Whether it was doing challenges with them where we would both eat nothing all day, (at a point when I experienced anorexia, which my real life friends don't know about). Or where we would talk about our problems, and sometimes I would even get some girls to eat a "healthy diet" for a week with me, as well as exercise and just live healthy for a few days/weeks. This helped out and some girls actually got something out of it.

But I remember when I went through a Bulimic stage and it was so horrible and nasty for me. I just wished for these cravings and all these urges to cut myself after over eating, or forcing myself to throw up. None of this helped me! None of it! I have scars all over my arms and it sucks because I feel like I damaged my body for no reason. I had many personal problems from the past, coming from being abused, bullied, beat up in school. And all of this made it even worse for me. The more depressed I felt the more I tried to starve myself. I felt unhappy which led me to hate my body and constantly think I need to get skinny, I NEED to get skinny. But I must admit I had a time where I was happily healthy. I was only a Vegetarian but I was healthy and fit, I would go out for jogs every day when possible, I would enjoy a nice work out but then came my depressed craving stages and all that NON SENSE.

NOW that I have found out about this lifestyle I honestly believe this may be the thing I would need to help me become a happier healthier person, as well as help other girls (and guys as well) to come out of their anorexia, or depressed stage. And I would really love if there were more of you out the who would help me achieve this goal. So spread the word, if you have any depressed friends, or friends with eating disorders just tell them about this lifestyle, show them this website, link them to Freele's youtube, because that is how I got inspired. And try to make it work for them.

I really hate the abuse a person can get from being anorexic, I just want happiness for everyone in the world, and this for me is a very very big deal. So please if you ever come across this, take my word for it, I was suffering with anorexia, still suffering with depression and sometimes anxiety and all the other sorts of crap. But if I feel like this may help me get better, I know it can help others!!

Love you all :).
