This low fat vegan whipped cream recipe turned out way better than I could have imagined. It fluffed up really nicely and doesn't use coconut cream, it uses aquafaba, which is much lower in fat. I ate it with some raw banana ice cream!

Check out how to make it:

https://therawbuzz.com/raw-recipes-2/fluffy-vegan-aquafaba-whipped-cream-recipe/

Hi everyone! I've come to banana island to fix lots of digestive issues, constipation and skin issues. I've been rt4 for 6 months and was going great. Have no idea what's caused all of these issues but anyway!I'm wondering a few things, I'm 2 days into banana island now..1- still, no bowel movements ... HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE?! I drink 3-4L a day, excercise, sleep well, what's going on?!2- are we allowed greens? I've been having cos lettuce and baby spinach with my smoothies sometimes3- how important is organic? :/... I haven't found anywhere that even sells organic bananas let alone them not costing an arm and a leg! :( I've been just having regular bananas, I buy them really cheap coz they're almost overripe.4- I noticed today a really bad white coating on my tongue! My mouth feels really dry. Is that detox, or candida getting worse ?Any help is appreciated! Thanks guys

Hey yall!

My name is Ryan, and I was kinda the first member on 30BAD! (Besides Free & DR of course.) Crazy, right?

This site has given me so much. Most notably, it granted me a sense of community that I needed big time, and has shaped my ideals for a support network that are now being realized even more tangibly in my life.

Honestly, it's been awhile since I've visited here. I gotta say, I'm impressed, by a few things:

1) Aimee's 'Spring Into Action' thread is still going strong! Amazing. Like 6 years now!

2) The vibe is still high! This question & answer, discussion, free-flow of interaction works so well with a group with a positive attitude.

3) How the scope of the site has been opened up, without compromise! I remember when Give It To Me Raw forum opened up past raw vegan foods, and the proverbial floodgates let loose a flurry of chaotic dialogue. Though, it spawned 30BAD! And here, things are still very much in forward momentum.

What brought me here today is the chance to offer to you all is my new cookbook! I have focused a lot of energy to collect a guide of information and cherished recipes in the Homestyle Vegan Cookbook.

All recipes and recommendations in this book are tailored within the guidelines of Raw Till 4. It features 26 complete-meal recipes that are high-carbohydrate, oil-free, low-sodium, minimally-cooked, gluten-free, and truly delicious.

They have stood the test of time & trials, as these are mostly recipes that have been in my family for multiple generations; classics of various cultures that have been taken to the highest standards of nutritional presentation.

The guide also features recommendations for the essential tools to have in your kitchen and items in your pantry, with specific trusted brand recommendations and where to find them!

Additionally, there is a complete cooking guide for preparing a range of vegetables, grains, and beans, including specific cook times and methods for various types, and instructions for the healthiest types of cooking methods.

If this sounds like something that may be of service to you, I invite you to check out more of the story and purchase Homestyle Vegan here.

On this page I go into more detail about what you can find within the pages, and also give links to YouTube videos that I've been featured in where I show off the recipes and book.

Thanks for taking the time with me on this post. For doing so, I'd like to offer you this exclusive 30BAD discount!

The book includes a full satisfaction guarantee, without expiration.

Regardless, I'm happy to have the opportunity to revisit the site, and be so pleasantly familiarized with this place and its members in the current phase.

Keep up the great work!

-Ry

I love it but I do feel like I am always thinking about food. I pack my lunch for work and and bring a smoothie for a morning snack. My problem is I am a hairdresser and when there are clients waiting I can't take a lunch break. Some days are slow so I can eat all day and feel fine. But, most days we are busy any I can not take a lunch break till 3 or 4 in the afternoon. I feel like I need to eat every 3 hours or so. Is that normal? My ideal day would be to eat at 7am smoothie, another smoothie at 9 or 10 am. Then a lunch around 1 or 2 pm. Then a snack at 4pm then dinner at 7pm....Is this too much? I only feel good when I eat all day. On the days I have to go 6-7 hours with out food I feel horrible, angry, tired, can't think straight. My co workers never complain about not getting food breaks, so I feel like I should not complain either. But it just seems unhealthy to go 7 hours with out food.

Hi everyone, so today is day 11 for me on raw til 4 and im feeling great! But I have a question, Im only 15 and my dad supports my raw til 4 80/10/10 journey, but can't afford to buy me tons of fruit. I have found the cheapest stores to buy fruit, and even started selling some of my photography photos on this web site to help me make money, because I love this lifestyle so much. Anyway, I do get a good amount of fruit in the day, but have found that more of my calories are coming from cooked meals such as potatoes and white rice, then from fruit. Is this bad? Will it keep me from getting the results that so many other people have experienced? Will I gain weight? Also as a note, I recently decided to eat more potatoes mainly because they digest much better than rice does, and i don't feel tired after eating them like i do with rice. Also Im not over weight, Im on the lower end of a healthy weight for my height actually.

Thank you!!

I have been feeling tired ...like on a roller coaster with energy.
I am a 124lbs female
Today I ate aprox. 2800 calories (I do use cron-O-meter)
Breakfast: Pineapple orange smoothie almost 900 cals
Lunch: Orange, apple, strawberry, grape, mango, peach smoothie aprox. 818 cals
snack: 3 bananas and 10 dates 979 cals
Dinner: I plan to have a spinach salad with cucumber, tomato, chives, celery and fresh lemon
Aprox. 142 cals (any more spinach and I might gag haha)

What changes do you recommend I need to make for consistent energy?
I am also looking to burn fat. Any advise on this? Need to burn off this momma pouch! lol.

I am moving from Alaska to Florida at the end of the month and CAN'T wait for fresh fruit! A lot of the fruit I eat now is frozen.... that's why I have the weird smoothie concoction. Fresh fruit isn't ripe and is expensive here in Alaska.
oh, And I also have been experiencing horrible digestion problems ... I know that when they take one look at my food diary for the past four weeks they will immediately jump down my throat bombarding me with assumptions that I can't possibly be getting enough protein and that a "balanced" meal of something like rice, steamed veggies and lean fish is better than seven bananas for dinner.

This is making me incredibly anxious and I don't really know what to tell them because I'm awful at trying to explain all of the incredibly valid reasons for going 80/10/10.

Any help on what I should tell them?
