I freeze my nanas with the peel on and have no trouble getting the peel off when they are still frozen to make nice cream.
Although I much prefer to eat my fruit fresh, I purchased a bounty of mangoes and papayas and there is no way I can eat them before they go off. Has anyone had success freezing either with the peel on? Google didn't turn up much, but then again, not much turned up on freezing nanas with the peel on and I know it works well.
Thanks!

Hello! Yes, freeze them with out the peel. I peel them all and put them in reusable freezer containers. You can leave them whole or break them in half or quarters to make it easier to put in blender. Hope this helps! :)
