since I don't have much experience with doctors in general except when they are harranguing me about not vaccinating my kids or turning me into dhs for homebirthing twins, I get a little nervous in the ole doctor's office.
my hemoglobin tested at 9, I'm not sure about b-12 deficiency but I have been spotty about taking the sublinguals (making sure my kids get them first). From what I've read in these forums it seems pretty common that b-12 deficiency is common cause for anemia. I was in the hospital last week with superficial thrombophlebitis when they did the blood work. Thinking that anemia and the varicosities that I have may have contributed. Am on a blood thinner for 4 weeks. It's the first time I've had health issues or been to a doctor in years but have been going through a lot of stress and have recently gained weight. There that was a mouthful - too much information!!!! thanks for responding, though.

Thanks, Alice, I'll re-post after the dr's visit.

Or bypass the doctor and just get Sublingual B12.
