  • One blood test doesnt mean much. Good or bad. What matters is a pattern of testing over at least 5 years. Plus athletic performances. If you can't run around the block at a decent clap then you got some things to work on. :)

Most pro athletes test their blood daily to weekly. This is to see how the drugs and training are affecting their biochemistry. Calcium, sugar, tri's, hct etc can change in minutes. Get at least 10 tests done over time before you jump to any conclusions. :)

Its like doing a time lapse video. One frame doesnt tell us much at all.

  • it is barely readable.

You are low on vitamin D which is "normal" this time of the year. Spend time in the sun during lunchtime without UV protection. Just not too long to avoid sunburn or any damage. You need to go by experience.

Higher lymphocytes show that your body defence had/has some job to do. It does not necesarily mean something bad.

B12 test is kinda funny and does not tell much at all. You need urinary MMA and/or homocysteine test for it.

Remember that your levels can change VERY quickly and accuracy of tests is questionable. It is not like speedometer where you can tell exactly how fast you go. They are to give you basic understading and insight plus you need to consider other symptoms and results.

  • Well looks like good results... vitamin b12 is getting low, should get some.

Vitamin D is low but winter just ended so I guess that's normal.

  • i dont trust the doctors "normal range" levels, but i trust 30BAD crew! :)

please take 5 min to look at my results and tell me what i am deficient in.

first page too hard to see so: vitamin A, result value: 42, unit of measure: mcg/dL, ref range is 26^72.

calcium result is 9.6, unit of measure is mg/dL, ref range is 8.5^10.4.

    • If I couldn't interpret very basic results of a blood test, would you think I'd be ok to trust randoms on an internet forum over my doctors advice?

If you're doctor is a loony, find a better one. Not all of them are evil industry sell outs who just want to write scripts and sell you pills.

    • thanks everyone who comments and helps me!
