What do you recommend to someone who has gut issues? I'm questioning this because i want to have a fruit diet but i can't because i feel full with small amounts of fruits and i think the problem is in my gut. Thank you.

It does take time to stretch the stomach out- just eating until full and then a bite or two more seems to do the trick for most people and in the meantime stick with high calorie fruits
Also a great way to get your greens in while stretching your eating capacity is this barley grass powder.
