Hello

Hey I've been sort of a flexitarian my whole life and other than eating disorders I have always tried to eat wholesome food...Unfortunately I got caught up in low carb and I feel like completely wiped out my metabolism. ..I've been mostly raw with a couple days a week raw til 4 steady for a month (on and off for about 6) I kept quitting because of the weight gain...it's hard for me with my background to see that much weight pile on...but I kept going back...I know this lifestyle will transform my health just trying to trudge out the healing process. ...just looking for support and someone to look over this cronometer summary because it's telling me to eat 1500 calories and I have banana girl diet typed in....and curious about flax...As well as supplements for b12 and vitamin d....and any info and advice would be fantastic...Please be easy on me...I'm totally willing to learn:-)

  • hello josie, i know what you mean its strange going from restriction to unlimited carbs, it feels wrong to feel so full as we have conditioned ourselves to run on empty for so  long??

    Don't worry about the chronometer recommendation, just use it to ensure your cals and ratios are in range. I've heard there is an 811 raw setting there is more appropriate.  

    Flax is unnecessary, unless you really enjoy it as a fun food.

    Supplements should be proven necessary via blood test.
