Hello dear frutarians!
My name is Rebecca and I have a problem of mood.
My story:
The first time I tried a HCLFRV lifestyle was last summer: i tried it for fun and because it made so much sense to me. I felt amazing since the very first day (energy, mood, jumping everywhere in the appartment ^^)
But then I came back to my regular vegetarian diet because buying fresh fruits and veggies was too expensive for my parents.
Now that I've just turned 18, I decided to go back to this lifestyle. i have saved some money to try it out for 3 months: with a week of transition (half raw/ half cooked).
BUT: I'm feeling like ****... I'm feeling lazy and desperate, which is why I'm requiring your help and exeperience.
Question: Guys, fellow raw foodists x), have you experienced such thing on your journey ? While you were transitioning ? Is this due to a low calorie intake _ knowing that I eat about 3 thousand calories a day for 175cm high ?
Thanking you in advance for reading this note,
for those who are interested, here are some other hypotheses I'm thinking about:
Hypotheses:
1. I'm too attached to the social aspect of food. Eating with my family or friends is something important that I can not do anymore or enjoy the same way as I used to (because eating differently is causing a rupture with my family/friends)
2. the body is cleancing
Other suggestions ? Share your view!
Wishing you a nice day,
Rebecca

30BaD does not recommend transitioning, it's best to jump right in 100%, you can read more in the Aloha to 30BaD's Welcome Wagon!
If you do choose to transition and have questions about this, please post any questions in the group High Carb Cooked Vegan Discussions as the main forum is for raw food support.
