I am very bothered with this one but i have been on this diet (raw and rawtil 4) for almost two years and i still don't feel how much food my body needs in other word i dont feel the satiation point, i can skip meals without feeling strong hunger and sometimes feel better not eating, or i stuff myself and feel heavy after, but in between i don't know when to stop...
Am i the only one?
How do We recognize satiation?

30BaD never recommends going by "true hunger" or a feeling of satiation but rather by other means, 2500 being the least for females to get enough nutrition...

I'm actually with you on this, but as of lately I've been starting to "feel" satiated, and understand the feeling.
For now since you did say you have a problem with your weight, just eat a basic 700-1000+ meal 3x a day, and if your still hungry raise it, if you don't get hungry, lower it, and then raise it back when you don't feel as good, etc.
