Hey, I wanna start running. There is a 12k/6k race, july 29th. I know I won't transform into a runner with only 1 month of training, but how should I start training? Should I join the 12k or the 6k? Advices are welcome :)
I used to run on the treadmill, but it was like 8km in 1 hour. Almost one year later, I wanna run again, but I'll train on the streets/parks. What should I for?
