I've tried one I found online (raw Pad Thai using zucchini "noodles" as the base) and it was just OK. Also, most of the recipes online are high in fat...they use lots of avocado, cashews, or nut butter. I'd appreciate any suggestions based on personal experience :)

unlimited options! blend 4 tomatoes and 1 peach and add cilantro or basil - yum! just play around with flavors! bell pepper and tomato or dill and mango :)

You can make raw tomato basil pasta with it--omit the olive oil for an even lower fat content.
