That's pretty much it. What am I doing? Thinking, oh all this cooked food is going to go to waste, coming up with excuses not to be 100% raw. What is wrong with me? I feel like such a failure for putting off being raw all this time into the mango season, and now I'm thinking of eating cooked food again....

When I have cooked cravings I just have some nutritional yeast powder to "snack on". Just a pinch and its all gone. Souds weird but it works for me.

You're right. I ended up doing it but felt so dehydrated that I decided I am going to stick to raw. Just have been having a lot of trouble finding enough time in the day to get all the sleep, calories and water we are supposed to, really frustrating!!!

Practice makes perfect! :D It does take time and effort and trial and error but it gets easier! :)

realize like 90% of the food in the store goes to waste. maybe start a compost project to see the effects
