So the past months, i embraced the unlimited calories and reach 67kg for 1.74m , which was my preadolecscent weight before i started kind of diet/restructing, I maintained 56/57kg for the past 14 years, paying attention to what i eat, doing a lot of endurance sport...At first i felt down to 52 kg on 80/10/10 because of stress. ..
My problem is that i continued running, cycling since and during gaining weight and my knees hurt a lot now even at night, lying down.I am starting to be very worry that i damaged them because of continuing training with more weight and start thinking that i should restrict or do something in order to loose some weight in order to save them .

Running can put a lot of stress on your knees/ankles. Possibly ease up on the running, and stick with cycling as its low impact (unless you get hit by a car).
Questions: Calorie intake, and activity level?
