I have found a shake that is amazing, and I can drink without purging. It is only about 2 cups, and it takes me at least 2 hours to drink it
How come no elite marathoners are ever fat? What about metabolic typing, syndrome x and different dosha types? Are all these thing BS? to sell more junk? For sure!
