"The risk of any bone fracture increased 16 percent in women who drank three or more glasses daily, and the risk of a broken hip increased 60 percent, the findings indicated."
"
Women who drank three glasses of milk or more every day had a nearly doubled risk of death and cardiovascular disease, and a 44 percent increased risk of cancer compared to women who drank less than one glass per day, the researchers found.
Men's overall risk of death increased about 10 percent when they drank three or more glasses of milk daily, said the study, published online Oct. 28 in BMJ."
In other words drinking milk causes osteoporosis, the complete opposite of what we have been taught in school.

If somebody pulls the entire this is correlation not causation bull manure rebuttal, tell them this
"In subsamples of two additional cohorts, one in males and one in females, a positive association was seen between milk intake and both urine 8-iso-PGF2α (a biomarker of oxidative stress) and serum interleukin 6 (a main inflammatory biomarker)."
The study has biomarkers proving the association and not just mere correlation.
Notice the words association in lieu of correlation. There is a large difference.
"High milk intake was associated with higher mortality in one cohort of women and in another cohort of men, and with higher fracture incidence in women."
The paleos are just like climate change deniers. I recommend fighting both to see the similarities, filled with misleading half-truths and faulty interpretations.
