My first fruitarian hamburguer + Juice

Guys, i'm sharing my dinner.

INGREDIENTS

BASE ( Mushrooms Portobello Large )

1 Apple

1 Kiwi
1 Tomato

3 Slices of mango
3 Lettuce leaves
3 Spinach 

Juice

1 Mango
2 Oranges

No fat, low in calories, but high in vitamins, and minerals.

  • Probably still 800 calories at least isn't it. Not that it matters. I could eat two or three! Believe it or not all of it together would make a great smoothie! lol Sometimes when I build designer food like that, I'll smoothie everything left over just to finish it all up after my jaws are sore from chewing. Best burger I've seen in a long time....great pics!

      This digested very quick.

      Need more raw burgers to this table :D
