My screencast (incl funny Aussie accent) on how to navigate 30BaD

Have always wondered how people do this and now I've made my own screencast, feelng very techie about now :-D I only had 5mins so I may have left a few directions out.  Just deciding on where to put this.  Do you think I covered enough?
