Most people know that recipe cookbooks sell well, especially if the cover has your photograph on it. I've decided to jump on the bandwagon and create a cookbook with at least 50 - 100 recipes, however I am still deciding how to do it. Maybe even co-author it with someone.
In 2009 I went vegan for the animals after I had my vegan awakening and although I do love fruits and vegetables and thinking of doing a low-fat raw vegan cookbook, the cookbook would sell even more copies if I added a few transitional vegan cooked meals in it as well. Maybe adding some analog meat dishes. I am still contemplating this though.
Either I can create a book from my heart with all 100% raw vegan meals and sell very few books or have a book that contains both cooked and raw vegan meals. Some with analog meats higher fat content and sell many more books. Maybe have a section for low-fat raw vegan and another section for cooked low and higher fat meals. What does everyone think?
Not only do I want to create a recipe/cookbook, but include some kind of story as well. Because hey, who doesn't like inspiring stories?
Thanks everyone.
