5 days on this diet and my cravings are gone! Very bizarre and very liberating!Any early " good signs" you've experienced?Also, need tips on how to squeeze vegan raw lunch at work? I only have 5 mins here and there every hour, rather than a standard half an hour break.Thanks everyone!

I've been at this for 3 weeks now and feel better than I ever have in my life. I have so much energy - completely cut out coffee and tea. I wake up bursting with energy and a positive attitude. My workouts have been amazing, I am cycling longer and faster. My skin, hair, and nails are all looking great. My skin was never really bad but is so clear and glowing now. I have no cravings, my eating disorder thoughts (which I struggled with badly for 10+ years) have gone away entirely as well as anxiety, and I feel so free and happy just to be alive. I also have no more digestive issues which means no more stomach pain!
As for lunch, I cut my fruit up the night before and eat it throughout the afternoon the next day. If I don't have time to do that bananas and dates are always quick and easy.
Hunger, gone.
Cravings, gone.
Bloating, not there.
PMS, not there.
Getting used no bother to have a couple of big fruit salads in 10 mins each, round 12 am then 2pm. Not hungry. Never hungry! This is incredible!
I've been doing this for over a year now and I've learned a ton! The more I stick with the raw food, the more it entices and excites me! I am a teenager which means I have to bring raw food to school mon-fri every week. I usually just grab whatever ripe fruit I have available and put it in lunch bags. Just make sure you grab enough!
