So, I had an eating disorder (eating 700-900 kcal a day) for three months during last fall and lost about 6 kg (13 pounds). I still had my period during that time. Then I went into recovery at home and ate 1200 - 1700 kcal a day, eating mostly vegetarian- vegan but sometimes my parents forced me to eat meat. I gained about 4 kg back, and have stayed pretty stable since.
About two months ago I went fully vegan, eating mostly acording to the book "Skinny bitch" with a little more fat, and not counting calories. I didn't lose any weight, but about a month ago I went HCLF and ate 1500- 2000 kcal a day and usingcronometer.com to check all my nutrients. Somehow my period is gone! I'm really scared that I messed up something. I don't weigh myself anymore but a month ago I was 56 kg and 164 cm. What can I do, and is this okay?
Thanks for any help
