Click Settings, then privacy.
You'll be able to restrict your page to your "friends" only. Since we're primarily an open forum, I'm not seeing an option that would allow all members to view but no lurkers.
i don't think it's possible as in the settings you can only choose anyone or just friends.. but it would be good if "only visible to 30bad members" option would be available as well
