This is kind of a question.
When I run on my threadmill, I sweat a looot (like 85% of shirt is dripping sweat).
When I bike I don't sweat as much (outdoors, wind, etc). On climbs I sure sweat, but no as much as running on a threadmill.
After my rides I notice that my face has salt trays (yes). Is it because the sweat dries on my face (leaving the salt on it) or my bike rides do pump out more salt out of my body?

Haha, I do both, was just wondering about the salty sweat thing
Why not switch it up everyday?
I'd vote on bike climbs more regularly though as it's less stressful on your body, but you can still get insane cardio from it. I would flip flop the two activities so I wouldn't get bored. :)
Btw.... love the avatar, House is the only reason I'd stare at a tv screen.
