Lately some animal welfare and animal rights groups asked people to sign petitions to rescue Romanian stray dogs from being killed by the state. There have also been reports of dogs being brutally killed by a lynch mob in Romanian streets.
Now I wonder if it makes sense to ask the Romanian government to stop their dog killing plans. Wouldn't it be better for these animals to be killed by the state than by the mob?

The lynch mobs are doing it because money is involved now.
