Hi there fellow vegans! Im fairly new to eating hclf, and I would really like your opinions on how I eat.
Breakfast: Bananas/apples/dried figs/dried dates with cinnamon and almond milk.
Lunch: A lot of spinach, brown rice (or just 500 g corn) and 200 g of some legumes.
Snack: Fruit and vegetables (dried or fresh)
Dinner: Broccoli with whole wheat pasta and tomatoes.
It all usually sums upp around 2200 -2800 kcal.
(Sorry for any grammar, English is not my first language.)
Is this good for a 14 year old female? I'm not extremely active, I workout 20-60 minutes 5 times a week and try to stand up for 7 hours a day. Would you change/add anything?

I'd up the minimum cals. What is your height/weight? Other than that it looks good
30BaD recommends adult females get 2500 calories minimum a day, adding more for activity. Otherwise it sounds like a decent variety for nutrients. A read through Aloha to 30BaD's Welcome Wagon! will explain more detail on the how and why of calorie consumption.
