I've not been on the forums as much lately so not sure if this has beendiscussed. There was a really good section in last month's "O" called,
"What Are You Eating?" with an article about a vegan chef, and a recipe
for his raw zucchini & carrot lasagna (but it didn't mention the
word "raw"--interesting).
There was also a little sidebar with a quote from Kveta Martinec
(http://www.fruitariankveta.blogspot.com/). It was titled, "I Am What I
Eat: All Fruit, All the Time." It read, "I was already a vegan when I
came to the conclusion that any form of cooking was killing; that's when
I decided to eat only raw food. But even that meant killing plants,
and I've always believed plants enjoy their existence. I wanted them to
live. Raw fruit is the perfect solution: The plant lives on even after
you harvest the fruit. Oh, I was excited to come up with that! I've
now been living happily on raw fresh fruit for 24 years." --Kveta

There was more to her interview, too: There was more to her interview, too: http://fruitariankveta.blogspot.com/2010/07/my-oprah-interview.html
Pretty cool, huh?
