My toddlers managed to play with my phone and delete my post, luckily I saved it....Im starting to worry there is something seriously wrong with me.I am 4'10" (I have skeletal dysplasia (dwarfism) and was given growth hormones as a child)I am 120lbs over weight according to my nutritionist (who is a Raw till 4'er herself)I am 140lbs over weight according to my general practitioner---you all know who I belive in more so than the otherIt has been over 2 months since I fully switched to raw/rt4 vegan. My daily calorie intake is generally around 2800-3200 (I track crono)My salt intake has only once passed a gram in a days time (usually under 500mg)My water intake was around 4 liters a day until I was told (by nutritionist) to cut back to 2.5-was in the bathroom 25-30 times a day (my dwarfism stature can't handle too much more)My gluten intake is almost nonexistentI generally have one raw day per weekI have done 2 full weeks of banana island including romaine and baby spinach-and one week of banana island with greens and one rice mealAside from those three weeks I have had 1 vegan taco meal each week , GF LF-a little higher in protein than usual.I am active almost all day long and take a walk or bike ride 5 evenings a weekMy average day....7am 8-10 banana smoothie. (This is when I take my b12 supplement)10am small fruit snack (a mango, oj, 2-3 clementines, an expensive tropical fruit)12:30pm 5-8 banana smoothie with frozen berries, peaches, or greens3pm 6 dates and 1 apple (blended) or nana ice cream6pm 2cups rice with 2 veggie sushi rolls or-2-3lbs potatoes with low sodium watered down marinara or-1 lbs corn pasta is low sodium marinara. Or- veggie soup over 2 cups rice7pm greens, usually a head of romaine.I have lost 1 pound and that was in the first week. I thought it was my scale and have tried every scale around to make sure mine wasn't broken.Detox symptoms finally ended around week 9, which I found odd seeing as I was low fat (but higher protein) vegan before starting)Questions, comments, suggestions, and inspiration are gladly welcomed.
