Where do you live? I live in one of the most expensive cities - NYC - but from fruit stands you can purchase 5 bananas for a dollar - a papaya for $2-3 - a canteloupe for $2-3 - and a bag of sweet potatoes for $2. Rice is pretty cheap as well.
While it's not sooooo cheap, it is just as cheap as purchasing regular groceries, if not cheaper, and you are filling your body with fresh food!
you'd need to go to the store to get bananas every three days. this video may help but if you can't get to the store even every two weeks then dried fruit like dates may be a help, but staying 100% raw may not be doable in your case. carrots stay fresh for two weeks or more so maybe you could do carrot juice and dried fruits with some oatmeal and baked potatoes, kind of a version of Gerson therapy to heal your body.
what are your goals? why are you looking into raw vegan?
