So it will be 5 months on the 16th that i've been vegan! (It sounds CRAZY to even say it oh my god!!!) :D
SO. Recently, I've been experimenting with the fully raw diet as i feel like my digestion is doing its own thing with certain cooked foods.
Its been hard as some days, knowing i am going to have the same exact salad as i did the day before, puts me off.
However, I have been mixing it up a bit and I've finally ordered a spiralizer to make raw noodles! (courgette, cucumber, carrots, all that jazz.)
Im still working on becoming fully raw, but it is hard whilst being a student for one and living with parents. They can just about get their heads around me being a vegan and on rawtill4. :')
I think whilst i'm living at home and with christmas coming up, have 5 days out of 7 raw or just have sunday as a cooked meal day.
I dont bloat as much after salads, but of course i wouldn't as they're not exactly 'heavy' lol.
But ANYWAY, I was just hoping for some advice with this diet!
Any recipes? mostly for dinner as breakfast is always my trusty 'nana smoothie ;-)

Yeah Sasha, when I am raw and Nana and date smoothies not a big one is my bedtime snack. Clean your teeth well after and rinse with baking soda to neutralise any acid that might corrode your teeth.
Also if you are going to go raw limit the OJ your buy or squeeze yourself. Only reason I am saying this is logically you throw away a great deal of fibre that you need and will fill you up and give you that sated feeling. I fess up now that I only drank juice because I am so lazy that I hate peeling oranges. But after nearly a year I have worked out to cut an orange into 8ths and just peel the flesh out with your teeth. Very satisfying and really quick and easy to take anywhere with you, to school or college or work. I take 5 oranges with me and a big knife, or if I know that I definitely will get to eat them in the morning break I actually cut them all up and put in a glass bowl with a tight sealing lid. (I hate plastic.)
Also in the beginning you might feel drawn to mixing a whole lot of different raw fruit and veg together but after awhile you just go off it and seem to be drawn to just eating one thing at a time on its own, which is rather wonderful because if you don't get a chance to eat a concocted gourmet salad or something else that is all chopped and mixed up, the fruit or veg in its unblended condition holds over much better to be used later.
Also what helps me be drawn more to raw is to squeeze a little lemon juice in my water bottle. I don't know why this works but it just seems to take the edge of the watery, empty feeling you commonly get when you are eating mainly watery fruits and veg throughout the day.
Okay so i dont drink orange juice so that was a bit irrelevant as i didn't mention it in my post.
I dont drink any juices just because i dont favour juices. Shop bought ones are full of shit nor do i have a juicer/have the time to juice oranges. I prefer water and smoothies.
Mhm i think im just trying to find my fave vegetable and at the moment, cucumber and spinach are in the top list.
